Leg Trainer: The Foundation Series
This training series will be broken down into 4-week training blocks, each one including a different muscle group. The goal of this foundation series will be focused on introducing you to the exercises, the execution of those exercises, and allowing your muscle groups to become acclimated to the volume of each training session.
This program will be set up in a format you may not be used to, but let me assure you, it works! You will be performing five total sessions per week, each with their own challenges mentally and physically.
The goal of this program is to help you gain strength and lean muscle while laying the groundwork for years to come. If you are a beginner, then you are ahead of the game. This program will allow your muscle growth to be taken to heights once thought to be unattainable.
If you follow along in this program as it’s prescribed — as I know you will — you will notice an exponential difference in each muscle groups ability to contract on demand — this will be your lethal weapon for future growth.
